Role: Senior Production Designer

Adapted existing packaging mechanicals for General Mills and Annie's Homegrown, producing updated files for Cinnamon Toast Crunch Chocolate Churros and Fruity Lucky Charms cereal boxes, and a corrugate floor display for Annie's Homegrown. Work involved making design changes to existing mechanical files while maintaining precise brand standards, nutritional information accuracy, and print production requirements across both folding carton and corrugated formats.

Produced packaging mechanicals for Goodnest, a natural baby care line — 4 scents each with 4 products plus a lavender bath bundle, spanning folding cartons, retail boxes, moisturizer sticks, and individual sachets. Built master files from scratch for each packaging format, then adapted across scents by versioning colors, scent names, and copy. Also placed final artwork onto supplied product renderings for client review and approval. Managed a high volume of formats and variants while maintaining brand consistency across the full product line.

Produced packaging mechanicals for the full FRESH by Houston White grooming line — 11 SKUs across tubes, bottles, and jars including body lotions, shampoos, conditioners, pomades, face scrub, and face lotion. Built a master file per packaging format and versioned across SKUs by swapping colorways and product names while maintaining consistent brand standards. Worked with two packaging manufacturers — CTL Pack and Berry Global — preparing and delivering print-ready files to vendor specifications for both digitally printed and offset laminate tubes.

Work included large-format wall graphics, lightbox displays, and in-store environmental applications — adapting campaign creative across multiple formats and store configurations while maintaining precise adidas brand standards.

Work included large-format retail graphics, Broadway signage, 5th Avenue window displays, and social media assets — adapting campaign creative across high-visibility urban environments and digital channels for a fast-turnaround event activation.

Role: Senior Production Designer

Built all campaign components from scratch for the adidas NHL 2018/2019 "Challenge Future" retail campaign — including headline lock-ups, cut paper shapes, typography treatments, and printmaking textures created by physically crumpling and scanning paper to achieve an authentic punk-rock concert flyer aesthetic. Produced a complete retail toolkit for all 31 NHL teams, versioning every asset across team colors, logos, and jersey photography while maintaining consistent campaign standards. Assets spanned print and digital formats including large-format in-store signage, digital banners, social media graphics, and the full toolkit PDF delivered to each team. Managed a high-volume, multi-format versioning workflow across 31 simultaneous brand identities.

Before handoff I checked each team version for correct logo usage, accurate team color values against brand standards, correct jersey photography (home vs. away), proper placement of all campaign elements per toolkit guidelines, and correct file naming. With 31 teams across multiple formats I worked through teams systematically rather than randomly to maintain consistency and catch errors before they compounded across versions.

QA Process

Files were organized by team with a consistent folder structure — master campaign assets in a shared folder, with individual team folders containing all versioned assets named with a standardized convention mirroring the required asset delivery naming. Each team's files were saved as separate working files to avoid cross-contamination, with final exports clearly labeled and separated from working files.
